Event Coordinators to give you confidence
At Flashpoint, we want to make you feel as confident about your event as we are. Our events coordinator is available to go over the details step by step with you to confirm that all of your details are in place. Need some song suggestions? Not a problem! We are available to sit down and make sure that your day is what you envision so that there is no stress before the event. We enjoy getting to know our clients to ensure we are providing the right DJ for each event. Not only will we spend the time putting all details in place for the event, but with your direction, we will take the time to guarantee those details are carried through just the way you wanted.

Planners to keep you organized
We offer Wedding and Stag’n’Doe planners to help you with the flow of the evening, therefore, you and your DJ will know exactly what is happening and when at all times. The planners let us know if there are any special dances, songs or activities taking place to keep your party running smoothly. Planners are available both online or in print for your convenience.

Tons of downloadable forms and guidelines to help
When you book with Flashpoint you will be given access to tons of printable materials helping you plan the perfect Stag’n’Doe and Wedding Reception. Everything from fundraising activity and worksheets for your Stag’n’Doe to planning sheets and song suggestions for your Wedding are available to you. Customized Posters and Music Request Event Cards can be created free of charge. Both are a great way to inform your guests of the Interactive Music Request System.
