Flashpoint Productions offers you many different features at NO CHARGE. Choose what services you want and we can help personalize your event to make your wedding reception perfect for you.

The "Interactive Music Request System" is a place where you, the host, and your guests can give their input on the music.

Event hosts have the opportunity to see what music styles their guests want to hear and also have final say in what does and does not get played. To help inform your guests about this feature, Event Cards and/or Posters can be provided at No Charge to you.

Event Cards

You want to use the Interactive Music Request System and you are wondering how do you inform your guests of the EventID and Passcode.

When you are booked with Flashpoint, Event Cards are available for you to send out to your guests with your invitations. Flashpoint will print as many as you need and input the EventID and Passcode for you, all at NO CHARGE!

Your online requests are one of several ways in which we can get your input to make your party a success. We will try to play as many requests as possible made through the iMRS, however there are several factors which may not allow us to play EVERY request made online. These factors include:

• Amount of time allocated for music (typically 15-17 songs per hour, approx. 65-75 songs per 4 hr night without any other activities taking place)
• Number of Online Requests made
• Number of People who made the Online Requests
• Number of Live Requests made at the event
• How the dance floor responds to the requests
• Whether the Event Host 'okays' the online requests
