If you are a GUEST:
1) SIGN UP FOR AN ACCOUNT
If you don't already have an account with Flashpoint, simply go to the Login section of this page and enter your Email address, First Name, Last Name and a Password. Then click on "Sign me up".
First time users will need to have their email address validated. If you log in, and receive the email verification prompter (in red), simply type your email address in the box provided. When an email arrives in your In Box, follow the instructions to validate your email. Once done, your account with iMRS is complete. You will only need to do this once.
If you already have an account, (from a previous Flashpoint Event) simply enter your email and password at the login section of this page.
Why do I need to use my email address? For two simple reasons, first so that that the Event Host will know who is making the requests and secondly that no one can create a 'fake account'.
2) ADDING AN EVENT
Once you are logged in, if you are attending an event that is hosted with Flashpoint’s iMRS, you can add this event to your account. This event will be given it’s own "Event ID#" and an "Event Code". You can add as many events as you are attending. Each event will have it's own ID# and Code.
3) REQUESTING A SONG
Requesting a song is as easy as browsing through our librararies and clicking the "Add" button, or you can enter the name of a song if you don't see what you are looking for. Only you and the Event Host can see your requests, and you cannot see anyone else’s requests.

4) MESSAGES
Messages can be sent to the Event Host. Like your requests, only the Event Host can see your messages.
If you are an EVENT HOSTyou have more options.
A) The Event Host can log in using their email and passcode provided to them by Flashpoint.
They will still need to validate their email if it is their first time using the sytem.

B) The Event Host can see all the requests made by the guests.
C) The Event Host can also choose their own song requests and categorize them into "Songs I Really Like". “Songs I Like ”, and “Songs I Don't Prefer".

D) The Event Host also has the final decision on what 'guest requests' are actually used.

E) The Event Host can send messages to the guests who log in. If you decide that your event is a 'themed party' the guests may now choose their requests accordingly.

F) The Event Host can select songs for their Special Dances. If you decide that you are having any special dances (such as First Dance, Father/Daughter, Mother/Son, Bouquet/Garter, Anniversary Dance or anything else) you can specify which song you want here.
