Once you have booked your event with Flashpoint you will be given a Client
Account in which you can login and fill out your Online Planners and use the
Interactive Music Request System.
In order to keep communication stronger between Flashpoint and the clients, we ask that when emails are being sent, please ensure to check your junk mail. Flashpoint has had this situation reoccur and we do not want our clients thinking we haven’t sent them the information requested. If you could also be sure that all Flashpoint emails are on your Safe Senders List it would be greatly appreciated!
